What ingredients are in your treats?

All of our treats are made with a single ingredient with no additives, preservatives, coloring or flavoring.  The beef is hormone free and sourced from Vanderhoof, B.C.  The duck is antibiotic free and sourced locally from Yarrow, B.C.  The cheese is 100% Canadian cheddar cheese, and the lamb is from New Zealand.   

Are your treats safe for all dogs?

Our treats are crafted for dogs of all breeds and sizes. However, as with any rich or organ-meat treat, we recommend moderation, especially for liver and duck heart products. We recommend consulting your veterinarian if your dog has specific dietary needs, allergies, or health conditions before introducing new treats.

What is the shelf life?

Freeze-dried treats can be stored at room temperature for an extended period of time for years.

Once they are opened, they should be used within 3 months.

How should I store the treats?

Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging tightly or transfer to an airtight container. 

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $55.00.

Can I return or exchange a product?

100% refund within 30 days (even if opened) for defective products or if your pet doesn't like it.
